These muffins are so darn good.
You can make them with any berry you choose. I've done blueberry, raspberry & blackberry. I've also made them with and without the crumb topping. Delicious either way!
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 cup berries (I use whatever frozen berries I have. You can use fresh as well.)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix muffin ingredients in the order listed, fold berries in last.
3. Fill muffin cups
4. Combine all crumb topping ingredients with a fork and sprinkle with your fingers over the uncooked muffins.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 17ish minutes.
